The distributor is strengthening its digital product repository department and therefore its teams with consultants, data analysts, and data managers, with skills consistent with its ambitions to enrich its product catalog.

The challenge of the partnership between METRO and Synapsys was to recruit consultants who could quickly add value to the existing teams. A true partnership has now been established over the years, based on mutual trust and regular and privileged communication.

We were involved in sourcing profiles in line with the client’s specifications, and in the selection and presentation of top profiles. The consultants are monitored and supported according to their expressed skills development needs.

The consultants have successfully adapted to a changing environment and new tools (PIM, databases, etc.) to meet GS1 standards. They are trained as needed, particularly in data visualization – Power BI.
