The ADEO Home Services (AHS) department, made up of 80 people, is part of the Customer and Commerce Digital Platform (CCDP) entity within the ADEO Group. To strengthen the existing infrastructure team, which includes two Ops engineers, ADEO has brought in a DevOps Engineer from Synapsys.

For each functional component developed by AHS, the three Ops engineers play a key role in collaborating with the pool of developers:

At ADEO, the teams have a strong Agile culture. Everyone has embraced DevOps principles, which helps accelerate project delivery. Beyond ADEO’s Agile foundation, each team defines its own rituals and tools (such as daily/weekly meetings, sprint-based backlogs, etc.).

AHS makes use of a wide range of DevOps tools, including Kubernetes, Datadog, CI/CD with GitHub and Jenkins, Ansible for virtual machines, JFrog, Vault, Terraform, SonarQube, and more.

In addition, ADEO has chosen to migrate toward a microservices architecture on Kubernetes, which enhances agility, modularity, and flexibility—enabling teams to build, test, deploy, or even tear down environments in just a few minutes.
