Training objectives

By following this training, you will develop technical expertise in deploying, configuring, securing, managing, and monitoring client devices and applications in a Microsoft 365 environment.

You will gain in-depth experience with Microsoft Enterprise ID and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, as well as skills in deploying, configuring, and maintaining both Windows and non-Windows client devices.

At the end of the training, you will be able to:

Manage identity and RBAC templates
Implement compliance policies for all platforms through Intune
Manage device lifecycle in Intune
Manage device configuration for all platforms through Intune

Manage updates for all platforms through Intune
Implement endpoint protection for all platforms through Intune
Manage Windows 365
Implement Windows client deployment via Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
Deploy and update applications for all platforms through Intune
Plan and implement application protection and configuration policies
Secure devices through Microsoft Defender

Learning assessment

You will be assessed on all the skills acquired during the training course through a variety of exercises: MCQs, role-plays, etc.

At the end of the training, you will also evaluate the training through two questionnaires. The first will be sent to Microsoft, while the second will be kept internally by Synapsys, with a view to continuous improvement of the training provided.

The educational materials used are the official resources provided by Microsoft. Whether it’s PowerPoint presentations or practical exercises, they are regularly updated by Microsoft.

Terms and access

When the training takes place face-to-face, it will be held in Paris 9th. When it takes place remotely, you will receive a link to follow the training online.
The training takes place over 5 days (35 hours) between 6 and 8 participants.
Registration must be completed 2 weeks before the start of the course.
This course prepares participants for Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification. This certification is not included in the course. However, you can include the voucher with your registration.
